Bandsaw is Fixed

Fixed with some soda can shims to keep the enlarged-from-damage pulley on the lower wheel shaft. Had to be pounded in with a dowel and a mallet, then the key is placed in the keyway and tightened with a set screw, so hopefully it stays in place.
