New Folding Shelf in Lab Extension

The existing stand-up desk shelf put me right in front of the mini split, which was often too much heat.
Now this fold down shelf allows me to be next to it (and I can adjust the flow direction to point at me if I want) and folds out of the way when I don't need it.
